About Alex...

I’m Alex Faiers, founder of Addictivity, a leading digital agency specialising in recruitment marketing. Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked with more than 300 recruitment agencies, helping them build high-performing websites and implement strategies that deliver measurable results.
I also work as a mentor at Ugurus from Digital Ocean, guiding other digital agency owners in scaling their businesses. I’m passionate about sharing the insights and strategies that drive success and empowering others to achieve their goals.
